RFAL (Radiofrequency-assisted Lipolysis) using a non-aspirating cannula to dissolve fat, tighten skin and aesthetically improve the external genitalia.  Some patients use this treatment to achieve the desired ‘designer vagina’ after labial filler 4 weeks after Aviva.
